Rooftop Bar
The Rooftop Bar at Coconut Joe’s, aka Tequila Ted’s Rooftop Bar, offers a fully panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. From the rooftop, on a good day, you can see dolphins playing off the shore, shrimp boats doing their hard work, Larry the Kite guy flying kites to entertain children and adults, and hundreds of folks enjoying the warm Atlantic Ocean and the great Isle of Palms beach.
Tequila Ted’s Rooftop Bar is also one of the best music venue in the Charleston Metro Area. During our season, live music is available every night, and during the day on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Come join us for happy hour on the rooftop and listen to great music and enjoy the ocean breeze while you are sipping on your favorite adult beverage.
All ages are welcome on our rooftop (with proper adult supervision) until 8pm each day. A corn hole game is available for kids’ and adult’s enjoyment during the afternoon hours. For a complete schedule of Live Music check out our Events page.
Island Joe’s
Island Joe’s is an outdoor coffee café located in front of Coconut Joe’s, on the street side. We serve a variety of delicious coffees, lattes, and smoothies. A steaming Cinnamon Twist is a great way to start a day on the beach, and a frozen Coconut Dream is just right on a hot afternoon. We also serve Hershey’s premium ice cream in 12 delicious flavors, and ice-cold Pepsi products. If you are looking for a quick meal, the Joe’s To Go window at Island Joe’s serves delicious breakfast sandwiches, paninis, fresh burgers, hot dogs, corn dogs, chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders. There are tables on both sides of the building and on our patio where you can relax with your snacks. Even your dog is welcome to join you at Island Joe’s!
